I totally get that yoga thing about being achy but not overdoing it. It turns out that I can do pretty much any gentle class at the gym as long as I am careful. Over doing it is party of my nature though, so it's been a hard zillion lessons for me to learn.

Today, for instance, I've been tied all day because I swam AND walked to pick up my grandson at daycare yesterday.

I really do like the warmer water at the gym instead of competition temperature at the university.
