Lon I agree working through pain is a character builder not sure if a good one for me!!! Zip lines not for me I dont like heights and would struggle to hold something above my head :-D

We have been away for a week in the Lakes walking 6 to 8 miles every day bar one. The weather was kind to us and the autumn colours fabulous. It wasn't easy my Si joint and back were playing up, I think due to wearing a loaded rucksack. I didn't loosen up until I had walked at least 2,000 feet in height preferably starting going uphill walking on stony surfaces on the flat was not good. I had to explain to my son please don't try and have silly conversations on the way up I will be grumpy. Its all I can do to put one foot in front of the other. Once we have got to the top I wont be a troll any more and can have a conversation!!!

Yoga when I got back was dreadful especially as the exercises that week involved the knees. Swimming was slow.
This week I am much better swimming much improved and yoga passable.

We have a new kid on the block sadly we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous cat after only having him for 5 years and inoperable cancer. he left a big hole and we now have a 10 month old bundle of very active claws. My new exercise is bending, crawling finding the ball and playing fetch. We are all smitten.
