Okay, my diet starts tomorrow. I am going to try the NSD but I ablosutely LOVE pasta so it may end up being LSD. I'm going to try to be strong. I have a few quick questions before I start. I am going grocery shopping today so I have printed off the responses to my post about sample menus and another post (I think it was dougs) about grocery list.
Now to my questions...
Is sugar bad or okay?
Can I still drink Coke and sweet tea?
If a product has starch in it will it say so on the label?
Are most vegies okay? I already know what fruits are okay.
I like to fix hams, like a canned ham and put pineapples on top and mix brown sugar with the pineapple juice and pour over the top and bake. Is that okay?
My 5th wedding anniversary is this Friday and we are going out to eat on Saturday, what is okay to have? I was thinking maybe a steak and salad but they usually ask about baked potatoes or french fries, what do I tell them?
Several people have mentioned fasting, I would like to try this but how do I keep my energy up? Sometimes I don't eat breakfast or lunch but by the time supper time gets here I feel weak and like I'm going to pass out. I have 3 kids, I HAVE to have energy!
