If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have recently found out that my cholestorol is (still) very high as well. It is a hard thing to fix, as I have been trying for years. I have been a vegatarian for over a decade and thought that would bring my colestorol down (At 12years old, mine was 220 , but I haven't had it checked since then until recently). Great job at getting it down so much. I noticed that you said you stopped drinking pepsi. Does that have colestorol in it, or mess up something in the body so that it makes the problem worse? Did you have to take any of the colestorol meds to get it down so far in only a month. They tried to start me on Cholostorel or something like that, but it gave me flu-like symptoms. Great job, Take care my friend and keep up the good work, Daniel http://www.Power-Over-Pain.org"NEVER DOUBT THAT A SMALL GROUP OF THOUGHTFUL, COMMITTED CITIZENS CAN CHANGE THE WORLD" Margaret Mead
Take care my friend,
I hope this finds you well,
Daniel

Dan:Congratulations on getting your cholesterol down. Good job!
Daniel: One drug free way of getting you cholesterol down is high doses of niacin. You have to slowly build up the level of niacin and it has to be supervised by a dr. You cannot suddenly take large doses of niacin on your own. You can experience flushing if you do not slowly build up the dosage. I don't know the levels that you have to take to effectively take down your cholesterol levels. My mom had very high cholesterol and could not tolerate the cholesterol drugs and was put on niacin by her dr. She now has normal cholesterol levels with no side effects of drugs. Just a suggestion you may want to talk to your dr about.

HI Dan,, I don't know if Pepsi had anything to do with it, but just seeing 270 scared the day lights out of me.....I noticed that they recommended that I stop drinking soft drinks. Thats the reason I stopped drinking Pepsi. I really think that its my thyroid that is causing this chlosterol rising. All I did was switch from butter.....eat a bowl of Cherrios each morning. fruits....grill all my meats(lean).....no skin on chicken...and so far its working. 2percent Milk... eat very little....which I always have.....No junk food.... So I will let you all know in about another month how its going. Thsk for the info.. dan I'm a little pain on the "AS"..

Hi Deb, Oh Dan,...my doctor didn't put me on meds.. for cholesterol....I have just changed my diet. Deb, I will see how mine does....If it doesn't come down to 200 or lower I will ask my doctor about Niacin. Thanks for the info. I remember about year ago...My chlesterol got high about 290....but again my thyroid was acting up....My doctor put me on thyroid meds...and it helped my cholesterol. This time I was switched to another thyroid med because the old wasn't working. I was taking synthyroid and now I am taking Levoxyl 88mcg....Just increased it from 75mcg to 88mcg. And my doctor said it was controlling my Thyroid. thanks again..I will keep you posted on my results. Dan I'm a little pain on the "AS"..

Great news that you are able to get it down with diet. Not everyone is able to do that. It can be a hereditary thing. Keep up the good work Dan.
