2 nights ago i think it was, i coughed really hard and felt something pop in my left SI joint area and my very lower spinal area. Ever since then, everytime i cough, which is often, i feel this really wierd kinda zing/repop. I don't have another rd appointment till june, is this something that anyone has experienced , something I should be worried about? Its causing extra pain and discomfort, but thats nothing new ;-)

Hi Tela, I, too, go through this. I've been having 'pops' for about a year now. I don't know what causes it. But now it happens up and down the spine especially when having bad coughs. As luck would have it I am chonically prone to Bronchitis. But the pain hasn't increased much, just the area of the popping has increased.
