2 nights ago i think it was, i coughed really hard and felt something pop in my left SI joint area and my very lower spinal area. Ever since then, everytime i cough, which is often, i feel this really wierd kinda zing/repop. I don't have another rd appointment till june, is this something that anyone has experienced , something I should be worried about? Its causing extra pain and discomfort, but thats nothing new ;-)

Hi Tela,

I, too, go through this. I've been having 'pops' for about a year now. I don't know what causes it. But now it happens up and down the spine especially when having bad coughs. As luck would have it I am chonically prone to Bronchitis. But the pain hasn't increased much, just the area of the popping has increased.

Hope someone has the answer out there I'd love to know, doc isn't helpful.

Tiffany
