If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Sooooooooooo, Yankees just finished up game 4 and are now against the Boston Red Sox in the ALCS starting Tuesday. First question, who will win the ALCS, my completely unbiased opinion is the Yankees. Second question, if my above prediction is wrong, will the Red Sox finally win a World Series and finally lift "The Curse"? Time will tell Can you tell I'm happy? Yankees pulled it off the exact same way as last year 101-61 for the season, went for the ALDS against Minnesota, lost the first game at home, then won the next three to move into the ALCS against Boston (which BTW, the Yankees won ) Ian (not counting chickens) Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. --Benjamin Franklin

Ian SOrry, Met fan here with older brothe rwho is Yankee tedious fan and younger brother in Baston who is Bosox crazy. Poetic justice is BOsox sweep of Yanks. Astros make series and Clemens beats Sox in game seven pitching a perfect game. even just typing it out makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. P.s. Oh yeah --- game seven in Boston.     stevec-they also serve who stand and wait Edited by stevec on 10/11/04 05:09 PM (server time).

Wow Steve... that is a very good scenario I had not thought of. I think all four teams remaining have viable shot at winning it all.... Yankees have all star lineup on field, pitching average. Sox have solid picthing if Schilling healthy and Martinez gets away from the fact he thinks he is owned by Yankees. Cards unbelieveable punch in lineup and Astros are hot. This is the only time I pay much attention to baseball... basically because I hope Yankees lose Sorry Ian... tired of the pinstripers in post season. Hi Ian, Little late for a reply to your post but, have to say something... Ok Yankee's won the first 2 against the Redsox and last night was rained out in Boston, Curt Shilling is bumming with his ankle.... but I am keeping the faith... REDSOX will win this (I hope, I hope, I hope). I hope my faith in the redsox pays off a little better than the hope I have had in us recieving a ssdi check soon LOL. Resox has to win, just to see the look on Pretty boy Jeter's face not to mention A rod's!!! GO REDSOX ALL THE WAY!!!!! Have a great day! Sheila

Chuckle
Well, they got one last night, or should I say this morning. Longest game (5 hours 2 mins) in ALCS history, breaking the record for the longest game in ALCS history (4 hours 20 mins) that was set on Saturday night. I must admit, I couldn't stay awake for the end of the game. A few too many beers and one doctor pepper sent me over the edge
Pedro against Moose tonight, should be a good game. I think the Red Sox may get this one, hopefully not, but if they do, the Yankees will win it tomorrow night in Da' Bronx.

What... you did not make it to the end... even I made it to the end of the game. Of course, it was only 10:20pm where I was and not 1:20am.

I barely made the end of last nights fiasco. It started at 5:10 and didn't finish 'til after 11:00, that was quite a few Bass Ales in there No way could I stay awake for Monday Night Football. I just spoke to a girl at work who was watching the Houston vs. St. Louis game, it was an incredible game, should have watched that instead Well, my prediction is that the Yankees will clinch it tonight. John Lieber's been throwing well and Boston used up all their starters yesterday and Schilling is still nursing that torn tendon.
