This may be of interest to some, I recently tried vitamin a again as a trial. Within about 3 weeks at 5000iu per day my back irritation started to flare and within 2 day's of stopping it cleared up. I assume it was just to toxicity, would also be interested if anyone else has had this. The form was vitamin a palmitate. From what I gather you may not get this with a natural form like retinol from fish but I have not tried it.

Never had a flare from Vitamin A, but the toxicity was a bit for my liver at times.
