If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've been using a product called "Bed Buddy". (Not quite sure how they came up with that name). Its basically a long tube sock with two rope loops at each end, about two feet long, filled with some kind of rice. You pop it in the microwave for two minutes to heat it up. I wrap it around my neck and hold the two loops together for about a half hour. I found it gives me great relief in the shoulders and neck muscles. Helps relieve the headaches too. I use it two, three times a day. I bought mine at the local Walgreens Pharmacy. Your local big chain pharmacy should have them. I highly recommend it!

I have one too and I use it when my neck and shoulder ache. It does give you some relief from the pain. Thanks for the sharing that product with us...

That sounds awesome. My neck has been killing me the last few weeks.

MORE ON THE BED BUDDY: I was just back in my local Walgreen's and they had a fresh shipment of these things in. I bought two more (as my last one was getting a little gamy). They also had a new large wrap around one for your back, so I bought it. I heated it up along with the neck one and climbed into bed last night. Temporary heaven. When I can figure out how to post attachments I'll put up a photo of these things. They have an email address on the box if anyone should want to write for their local retailer. custserv@atlantisent.comKerry Click on edit to see how I made the email addy clickable...MikeEdited by grinnbearit on 01/04/02 10:39 PM (server time).

Ian, I think you can use regular rice in a tube sock for a hot pack. I've never tried it but I have made corn bags for mirowave heating from feed corn. I've also used wheat as well. I may try the rice bags. Michelle

Michelle, that's all they are. Rice in bags. I have one too. I stick it in the m/w and heat it up. Great to take the stress out of the neck area.
