Windrider, Okay...so you got boots!!! what about shoes: ballerina flats, low heeled pumps in beautiful colours of suede, high heeled pumps in beautiful colours of suede, tennis shoes leather and non-leather, white or coloured, cross-training shoes, plain old running shoes, basketball shoes,.....oh the list goes on and on and on, you should tell your hubby he is lucky that you only 'love' boots!!!! Your post gave me such a giggle, as I love shoes of all sorts but never buy them anymore! A wife/mother who homeschools her three kids does not need beautiful low-heeled pumps in lovely suede colours!! not anymore! But what I love about discovering this AS, is discovering KickAS and all the people here! it is just phenomenal [spelling] how great and wonderful the people are here. Almost like all different kinds of shoes, boots, etc. Many different shapes, sizes, colours!! Cheers, Rita  James nearly 12, Adrian 10, Elisabeth 3, my babies!

What I love about AS is it helped me get over my fear and do what I want to do now, instead of worrying about it. Priorities are different now too. Also, I have a rockin' cane collection now - a cane for every occasion!  Hugs,

The only reason that I love AS is the number of great friends that I have found over the years. Almost makes it worth having the pain.

Using a walking stick can be a real attention getter ;-)
I have a shoe fettish. I need to find wide shoes that give plenty of support. I need to fit in the orthotics and I need to have room for when my feet swell. It is not the best of combinations.
What I love about AS is the excuse to get into the hydrotherapy pool and go for a splash.

I've said it before and I will say it again....what I love best about AS is the wonderful ASkickers I have gotten to meet. Every single darn one of them have been some of the best people on the face of this earth. I don't know how I would have gotten through this life without the friendships here and the Las Vegas, Malibu etc.. parties we have had. You all ROCK!

I have a number of them...
Of course, finding true love here at KA and the wonderful step-sons that came with it. Honestly it doesn't get much better than that.
But it does, having a number of fantastic friends from all around the world.
And lastly, giving me a real challenge, because let's face it, med school would have been easy peasy otherwise (Ha!)
