If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks Oliver... will be giving kefir a go at some point, awaiting the grains from Buenos Aires that friends will bring to Rosario on next visit.
Noted your recipe.

Let's be clear here - the stuff that they usually put in the protein mix causes flare. Pure whey protein won't cause it unless one is sensitive to milk proteins. The brand mentioned (Whey To Go) is known to have no additives and generally should be OK on the diet, but as always - experiment and decide it yourself.

Well, I tried Solgar's Whey to Go protein powder and I didn't feel good for a few days afterwards. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you are really sensitive like me.

Hi Ginger, I am not sure if you are reacting to the starch or the proteins, but Jarrow's brand of plain whey tests negative for starch. I am not really sensitive so it doesn't bother me and I use it every other day or so. I could send you a sample of mine if you want. Alecia
