Well... technology truely is amazing. The doctor took some pictures of Mateo (not real... and not sure how it exactly works), but we know he is healthy, has all his organs, eyes, ears, nose, mouth etc... We were also able to listen to the heart beat and see video of him moving. All very exciting stuff! We are now at 26 weeks, contractions have not returned and Gaby at times is battling acid reflux and back pain. But we are happy and want one month to pass quickly in case anything happens (doctor said one more month and we are in the clear if needs to come out early). Posting some pic's to introduce Little Mateo who seems very content to be in mom's womb  The doctor was poking the belly a little to try and make him move and open eyes and mouth... but the little guy was very "tranquilo" as they say here (relaxed). Mom thinks he will take after me considering this  Thanks for all the prayers

Thanks for the update. What a way to start the new year if he does decide to come early.
I hope Gaby is doing well. I feel for her when it comes to the back pain and acid reflux.

He is so BEAUTIFUL!
You and Gaby have so many exciting memories ahead of you, and I love the name Mateo.
Hopefully Mateo will want to stay all warm and comfy for another month or two.

Tim,
Baby looks great. My only advice is to get all the sleep you can now. We have three kids, and the biggest problem for me is the lack of sleep. With the last one my wife tried to let me sleep while she got up with the baby. I always woke up anyway.
Congrats, hope the month passes quickly.

Nthing warms my heart more then the site of a new baby. It is sure amazing the the details in these scans. We will all be counting the days for his arrival. You will make a super dad. I am so happy for you, your a great guy.
