If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I know there has been much talk about what oils to use for cooking, i read some of the links Kiwi posted on one subject(regarding coconut oil) some say olive oil is healthier, some swear by coconut oil. Me personally, i use both about half the time,i keep switching depending on what i cook.I use Coconut oil when i dont want "burned" smell in the house when i fry things, Olive Oil for things like eggs and such. what do you prefer? What oil do you use more?

I use extra virgin olive oil in salad dressings, and coconut oil for cooking. I believe its because EVOO gets cancer causing free radicals when exposed to high temperatures. At first the flavor change from using coconut oil is a little to get used to, but now even my kids don't notice. I use it daily for roasting vegetables and grilling salmon or chicken. When marinading meats, I usually use a teriyaki marinade made with fresh lemon juice, tamari, aguave nectar, garlic and salt. I'll marinade it overnight just in that, not adding coconut oil because it gets solid in the refriderator, then just before grilling I dip the meat into some liquid coconut oil (I just melt a small amount in jar, in a pan of boiling water). http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods15.php

Hello. For years, I only use the extra virgin olive oil for everything in my feeding, I believe that it helped me to improve. In Spain its consumption is majority and much is used although the diet without starch becomes. The Coco oil is rich in saturated fats and better not to use it in all the meals.

I use EVOO for anything raw. Ordinary OO (heat extracted) when i cook in winter and coconut oil in summer (it freezes at about 28 or 29 deg C. I also like grape seed oil - should be big in Spain and the Med in general... For eggs and lots of other cooking i use my favorite - butter - it and cream are the only dairy i touch.
