Lon, So sorry to hear you've not been well. My son Charlie has heart problems and has had heart surgery twice, he is a real fighter and i'm sure that you are too. be strong :-) and keep on with the sense of humour, it is just soooo important.

Oh and i know it sounds silly, but when you get that breathless feeling, try squatting down with your chin between your knees; it really helped Charlie.

It is with great confliction that I read your post:
on one hand I feel the warth and tenderness of your post, very much like a family member here at KA; but you also state that I should put my chin between my knees!! lol My precious word, good golly miss molly! I rest my chin on my chest once!! lol but between my knees! It would take a tractor to pull it down there!! lol
Charlie is probably tough as nails, I am a pretender of a minister lack in flexibility and self control;
"bedtween my knees", Anna my friend you are killing me over here. I will have to tell Lin tonight!
