Hi,
Very important day tomorrow. Seeing my total, permanent, disability insurers' specialist doctor.
Here's what I am taking:
Three bags of x-rays (from 1998 onwards)
List of past and present medications *
Resume *
List of current symptoms and side effects. *
Have I missed anything???
