If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

i'm with the others - take some time out just to relax for yourself. don't try to do too much. it could be the season change - it's kinda depressing when I leave for work it's dark and when I come home it's getting dark. if you like fishing i would go.
Life is different now.

You know I'm just down. Sue's right- got to sort it out and I did between yesterday and today. A very real realization of my tenuous mortality. I had quit my of job at the fabric store. I never ever quit any thing. I also had go withdraw my application to a better job because I knew physically I could not do it despite hVing worked there up till last march for 7 years. I took this other job for more pay- all in municipal government. Last night my husband, hearing this from me, called the old boss only to find out the selectmen made their vote. I'm kicking myself.. I could have been the assistant tax collector- but could I have lasted? I can't deal with it so I've been home the last 2 days feeling crappy both inside and out. Sorry all - it just never used to be so hard nor a question of if I could physically handle any job. I'm losing control over ME.
Trying very hard to see the sun today....
Lucy

Hi Lucy -
I think seasonal change, environmental, another level of As, chronic fatigue all plays a part in how you feel. I left out the cymbalta, as I can't take any medication, and could not begin to tell you if it is not working anymore. Many days I get up, I am tired and as fatigued as I was the night before. My place is like a huricane passed through it.
I am looking into getting help (my boys - they say "mom your place is fine" - I think it's a man thing - they just can't see the dirt (men from KickAS are excluded - don't think I can handle - their retribution)). I can't handle my place the way it is. I think it's depressing me more every day.
This last week has been even more crazy - my car is in the shop and I can't get out.
No Lucy, your not nuts, it's the life of AS, in my case (PsA).
Hope your feeling better soon, and with lot less pain.
Hugs Gerri

It could be all of the above. Regardless, I doubt you're nuts. I think we all experience some version of this at various times. Take comfort in knowing you are definitely not alone with this.

Hi Lucy, yikes, I think it's everything you posted.... especially your last post. I find it to be like the flu... sometimes you just have to be sick a day or two, otherwise your 'cold' lasts unnecessarily long. Anyway you can spare a day in bed with chocolate and Cary Grant? You're so not alone, we have many posts here about depression and frustration. It'll pass, better if you let have its day... but then take over again. cc

my motto: do what I can do, WHEN I can do it and forget about the rest. Work and projects will always be waiting and neverending. Sressing about not getting things done makes me stress more which means the hole gets dug a little deeper.
To stay out of that frump, I work at not worrying about things that really don't matter. So I sit in a cold basement with carpet ripped out, a seeping leak in the cement wall and I'm ok with it not being done right quick. at least I'm trying to convince myself that it doesn't bother me! lol!
Sometimes life just sucks and isn't fair and I've learned it's ok to be a blob on those days and rest.
hang in there & hope you feel better soon!

Lucy Lucy Lucy You are not any more nuts than the rest of us...nuts! haha And if we want to go a little nuts every once in a while I can't imagine there's anyone that would question why!! I would say that everything you listed is every reason to be exhausted, tired and sleepy ! I believe too that it just kind of goes in spurts. Some days are just worse than others, and then fatigue shows no prejudice as of timing. I can go for a while then bam! I have to take a nap...for a long time!ha Sometimes once or even twice a day. I have learned to just go with the flow. If it itches, scratch it. If it tastes good, eat it. If I'm sleepy, I sleep. If I look really bad, screw it! Not my problem!! hahahaha You are not alone! I hope you get to feeling better and stronger soon. I'll keep you close in thought!! LOL
