If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks for that link. It was very interesting.
Not sure what brought mine on. I've had it intermittently for years. I don't even remember when it began, it's been so long.
Warm hugs,
Kat

WHAT'S THAT YOU'RE SAYING MOLLY??? CAN'T HEAR YOU FOR ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES GOING OFF.
I've had Tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Of course I've been on Indocin for as long as i can remember too, and that's on the list. Unfortunately, my father had tinnitus and he didn't take any drugs, just coffee. So, I guess some of it may be genetic and some caused by Indocin. I have on occasion, tried to find out what key my ringing is. It is actually close to an A. But may at times be A flat. Any way, back to normal...
HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN... HAVE A GREAT DAY.
DEAN

hi Dean I was on Indocin for at least 20 years. I changed to Voltarin 15 yrs ago then on to Vioxx for a couple yrs.The tinnitus started during the Indocin years. I have it ringing all the time to the sound of a tuning fork. I do not take meds anymore. If I drink coffee or other caffeine source, the ringing is turned up louder. So no more coffee for me. Ray

I had no idea! I've been on Salazulfidine for a couple of years. Loud sounds hurt my year. Its impossible to focus on a conversation if there is a loud background din. I'll have to check that out. I have been having ringing in the ears the last couple of years I've been treating for AS but never connected it to meds. I had an ear test and my slight hearing loss was attributed to "old age". I'm 41..lol. Thx for the share.

Hey Ray, Yeah, my Dad drank coffee like it was water. (wait a minute, it is water.. Oh well) He drank a lot of coffee. He'd even have a cup before bed. Go figure. The coffee doesn't appear to affect the bells in my head, so I have 1 or 2 cups a day, usually in the morning. Stress does make them ring louder though. So I try to control the stress. Like that's possible. Dean

Ray and Dean, I took 2 Indocid pills total. They made me horribly ill. But my tinnitus predates that, so I can't think they're the cause.
Dear god, I hope it isn't coffee!! I mainline the stuff in the morning!
Funny, I'm not sure that stress plays a part in mine. I notice it pretty randomly, including when I'm going to sleep at night. It's whacky.
Warm hugs,
Kat

LOL about the old age. If you had been listening to loud music or had an occupation near loud dBs I could understand. I've always been protective of my ears. I haven't had my hearing checked in a while and for the first time, I think I may need to. My husband has 100% hearing loss in one ear and 40% in the other. My hearing is excellent compared to his!

Yes, that's a huge relief when stopping the drug can stop the symptoms.
