I see you have a nice regiment. Hope also you try to add some exercise too. I found my regiment of exercise when i bumped on a website called losethebackpain.com. I purchased the lose the back pain material just these december. I think it helped also a lot in me. Because before I used the exercise my buttocks muscles was already weak. And my shoulders are already rounded like a hunch. My head is already tilted forward. But after doing the specific exercises according to my defficiency. I think my forward head posture is a little bit not too forward as of now. Hope you could find exercise to strengten your back or any part of our body that u think you have a deficiency.
Your regiment is good. Hope it works well with you. If you don't find any progress in your inflammation. Feel free to find a new naturals to help you. Mine worked well with me as soon as i started it in just weeks time. I have inflammation only if I get a drink once in a while. That's why i'm trying to stay away with my drinking.

HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

When I was first diagnosed, while I had a rheumy, I worked with a naturopath for treatment. She had me on herbal anti-inflammatories. Try Androsone regular formula (the joint formula is more for osteo than inflammatory arthritis), which has curcumin, bromelain and L-Glutamine. I think it also has MSM but I don't recall for sure. She also had me taking Bio-K for my gut and Flaxseed Oil among all my vitamin supplements.

Devil's Claw and Cat's Claw were also ones she had me taking.

She is the one who recommended my dietary changes as well.

I worked with her for the better part of two years and she helped pull me out of the acute flare I was in. Sadly, the treatments plateaued after about 18 months, but I stuck with it for another six months while I wrestled with myself over starting pharmaceuticals.

Since starting pharmas, I have maintained many of my naturopath's lifestyle recommendations (like diet), because I feel healthier over all.

Hope that helps.

Hugs,

Kat
