If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Allergies are really bad for me this year. Usually they don't start until May. I must be allergic to the trees now. The one thing I have noticed is that when I sneeze, and I am sneezing a lot it is not hurting my back. In years past a sneeze would send pains up and down my back. So the AS must not be as bad.
Years ago I had allergy shots. They cleared the allergies. I think I need to go back.

Hello Orch Heyfever can drive you crazy! Do you take antihistamine tablets or anything? If the shots helped you before, then that sounds like a good idea. Glad your AS seems to be better though! One out of two is something!

Problem is, Steve, is that true spring (i.e. plants and trees blooming) came a month earlier than usual this year. I'm hearing from a lot of people that their allergies have kicked in earlier than usual this year. Although, it's awfully nice to see the gardens blooming so early!!!! Warm hugs,
Kat

if it weren't for the year round taking of zyrtec, i'd definitely need to think about allergy shots. surprised the zyrtec has worked this well for the last going on 15 years.

My husband used to hate sneezing, the pain was so intense. Now that his spine has fused from shoulders to hips, sneezing is not so bad. Just a thought. Take care and pass the tissues. Hope you feel better soon.
Peace,
Jeanne

Oh wow...when I feel a sneeze coming I go into a panic to try to stop it or get it out as a grunt.

I hear you on the pain when sneezing. It can be brutal, can't it.
My Mum took shots for years, as her hay fever is horrible. They help a great deal.
Hugs,
Kat

Seeing as I've never really had an allergy problem yet even I'm having a problem with watering eyes and a stuffy nose this spring, I can only imagine what you folks who DO have allergies are putting up with. Here's hoping for a quick end to these high pollen and mold counts!

Steve, Hey bro. If your chest gets tight and the breathing seems to be high, watch out for asthma / CHF. I usually wheezed when I swam or burned my lungs at higher elevation while elk hunting... Good to see you my friend. I was in Salt Lake for only 45 minutes during a layover.. Stay well, Lon
