Breakfast: Eggs, turkey bacon, spinach, fruit. Coffee.

Lunch: Lamb or chicken or ground turkey, fish. Grilled or cooked with tomato, chilies, onions, garlic. Salad. Fruit.

Dinner: same type of thing as lunch.

Eat lots of dried fruit as snacks.

Chilies can be starchy but I don't it's affected me yet.

breakfast: plain yogurt, pineapple rings and peach halves [both canned in juice] -2hrs later: 2 lrg. scrambled eggs w/ cheddar cheese. raisins Lunch: [leftovers] chicken drumsticks [baked with olive oil, sea salt, dried sage...sooo yummy] , steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, with cheddar cheese. Dinner: canned chicken drained and i add a couple tablespoons 'light tasting' olive oil [has same fat n cals as reg]. steamed broccoli and cauliflower. for snacks: raisins, canned pineapple, tuna canned in olive oil. i dont have the ability to cook everyday so il make a dozen chicken legs and eat them for 3 days. same with steamed veggies [i cant have fresh] i just make 2-3 crowns of broccoli. etc. boring i know, but im fairly new to diet and still trying to fine tune things as ive only seen small improvements [but they are big deal to me]. i only drink bottled spring water. cant do juices. as for reheating veggies. i dont. im afraid of overcooking causing starch. im considering cutting out dairy for a bit. i try to limit tuna to 2 cans/wk. toxins/mercury [so they say] sorry for the big unorganized lump of words lol...im on nintendo wii till computer gets fixed :]
