Hola to everyone

Another weekend, a long one in the States with Memorial Day on Monday. Hopefully everyone can enjoy the weekdend and get some relief from AS if in pain.

Question for the weekend... what is a favorite TV show of yours as a kid?

I loved the Muppet Show... especially the Swedish Chef and Beeker. Two others I liked were Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom (animal lover) and Gilligans Island (predictable plot.. but liked all the charactors).

Tim

AS may win some battles, but I will win the war.

in no particular order:

"just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip......"

"here's the story, of a lovely lady, who was bringing up three very lovely girls...."

"Hello, world, here's a song that we're singin', c'mon get happy......"

"na-nu-na-nu!"

"Scooby Dooby Doo where are you? We've got some work to do now!....."

"Boy the way Glen Miller played, songs that made the hit parade, guys like us we had it made!......."

"Sunday Monday Happy Days,......"

"Welcome back, Your dreams were your ticket out.
Welcome back, To that same old place that you laughed about......"

sorry, no theme song lyrics for these two, just links to the music:

The Odd Couple

Wonderful World of Disney

you'd never guess we spent most of our time playing outside!

and if you can't get one of these theme songs out of your head after reading this, sorry, just couldn't resist smile

Oh I LOVED the A-Team..you know a new A-team movie is coming out here pretty quick.

That also made me think of Wonder Woman, Bionic Man and whats the one he flies he had blonde hair but he was kinf of a goofy hero? not superman...might have to look it up.I think William Katt was his name.

Oh what about BJ and the Bear?

LOL! laugh2

just thought if anyone's on here this late, they could use a little retro tv theme music! i think i started watching some of those shows because the opening theme song pulled me in!

i really thought at first of one or two, but each one i thought of, led to another...

now of course i've got all these crazy tunes and lyrics mashed together in my head!
