If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Wendy I thought you knew that.
It is paticularily ironic for me being in the pest control business.

Rodent Phobia..it would be your worst nightmare! I just ask my family to keep an eye on me...if I start to crave cheese excessively, squeak or tease the cat to let me know!!

Jeffery - if you lived near me, with that profession, you'd be my best friend. I keep baited mouse traps in critical parts of my house at all times.

Wendy
The best thing is finding out where they are coming in. Mice can fit in a hole the size of a dime. supply lines (i.e. gas, furnace)above basement sill plates are the most common areas. Attached garages can be a problem also. Traps on either side of these supply lines can direct you and give you an idea where they are coming in.
Don't worry, I'll send a bill

Yes - well in this unfinished house in the woods, there are a million entrances and exits for the little blighters. I know the typical routes and rely on catching them as soon as they come in before they have a chance to breed!
My new house (that we are building) will be rodent-proof!
I'll watch for the bill.

OMG Tulip...I know, who would have thought something like that would help us???..I mean seriously..I think I hissed at the cat once..lol but I do LOVE cheese..lol
Seriously, I have had not sure but about 10 infusions now and the very first one I kind of started feeling light headed a little funny but then was fine. Not sure if all Drs. or offices work like this but they start me out slow like 25 drips a minute for 15 minutes, then 30 a minute for 15, then 40 for 30 minutes, then 50 for 30 minutes then up it to 60 and then leave it, it take about 4 to 5 hours if all goes well for the whole infusion.
I will say I have never had anything put in them, no steroids and I'm just wondering (not questioning the Doc) but you said like 250mgs of steroids? That is the biggest dose I have heard of, I have been in the hospital with steroid IV drips so not sure but orally I have never taken more than like 100mgs a day and the Dr was freaking out about that, but I couldn't walk (inflammed SI'S)
Also, I think like you said after most of the treatments I have been dog tired, usually come home and sleep like 18 hours BUT I don't remember a huge amount of soreness but I do remember being a tad sore but I am in pain all the time so I dont really know but that doesn't sound right. I will also say that I believe it was the 4 or 5th Infusion before I really started to notice a difference AND it wasn't working fast enough so I know we started at like 300mgs, then went to 400 and then 500, so I am on the highest mgs and I have to take them every 4 weeks instead like most every 6 to 8 weeks.
I know I probly haven't helped but Im with you, and Im here if you ever just want to chat about mice ovaries..lol
Hugs,
Lisa

In Fall when the cold weather begins, your "little friends" will be looking for a place to raise a family. Hope you get all those entrances sealed up by then.

Oh Jefery,
I have always had such a soft spot for animals, I remember in our old house I think they came thru like the bathroom pipe hole and we have a cat and she kept wanting to get under the cabinet, I opened it up and found 3 baby mice, 2 of them were dead (guess Mom got scared and ran) 1 was alive..it was the cutest thing I have ever seen (I know my Dad and husband were like your crazy, give it to me) I went into Momma mode, had some fleece, a warm light, even went to Wal-mart and bought puppy milk, came home and fed him with one of my husbands insulin syringes..lol 1 teeny little bubble would come out and he gulped it and would lick his lips, his eyes weren't even opened and he had no fur. I wasn't sure what I would do with him but I knew I couldn't kill him..well at the end of the second day like that morning I woke up and checked on him and he had died, I was heartbroken..lol I know Im such a sap but at least I knew that I hadn't killed him. I know guys like you have to do this because we have had mice issues before and bee issues and ant issues but I guess I had never seen a tiny, helpless newborn I just couldn't kill it...ok Im done..lol
