I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for supporting one another on this forum. I've been having a pity party due to the flare up I've been in since May, and my coming here and reading all your posts to one another cheers me up. There is so much caring, help, and wisdom shared here. Thank you.

Hi Trace, glad we could cheer you up and I hope you are feeling a bit better. You know, for every person that contributes their thoughts, concerns, knowledge, and experiences, there are many more that quietly read and soak up all this and in turn help so many.

Hey Trace,

Kickas is a great site, glad it could help you out a bit. What part of Arizona are you in?

Thanks Mom2many. Is it a paradox that I'm a Technology Integration Specialist for my school district, but I try to stay away from the computer when I'm home? Actually, I like following the posts on KickAS from my iPhone, but if I ever try to respond, I like to sit at my computer, and I try to limit how much time I sit at a computer in a given day. smile Yep, 'tis a paradox.

Hi Tim,
Yes, I completely agree. People like you pass on wonderful information. I read a post you replied to about Stonyfield Yogurt being a great source of probiotics, and I've been eating it ever since. Thanks!
I live in the East Valley. I believe I found this forum around the time you were moving out of the area.

Hi Trace, I think all of us have a common bond, the pain. This site has given me solace to think its just not me, further more, i realise that i am in a better shape than many. it also fears me what could be in store for the future. But also thanks to this site i am well informed, and forewarned.

Hi Trace,

Sorry to hear about your flare. I hope you feel better soon. I am glad you are able to visit this site. I tend to peek at this site on my Smart Phone from time to time during the day blush. My curiosity gets the best of me. Hope you get a chance to post more often. smile
