lath, that sounds wonderful! my last job, had a nice little lake / pond with some woods around it on one side, to walk around on campus. friends and i would do that a few days a week.

here, work gets in the way of my walks, but got a short one in. think tomorrow i will walk or bike before i go in to work!

when i started walking again a few summers ago, had this bright idea that i'd do it indoors, a good walk through several buildings, all connected. could do that any time of day or night, light or dark, any kind of weather. well, about 2 weeks into this excellent experiment, plantar fasciitis reared its ugly head in the worst way! walking on concrete floors not the best game plan for us! lesson learned; now its predominantly walking on dirt or grass as possible.

today: walk: 1 mile, 20 minutes

Hey, Sue22!

You're picking up speed I see. Are you feeling better? Or just walking off steam?

Go TEAM! clap

My stats for today:

zip. sick
nada. sick1
zilch. yawn

In my infinite wisdom ~ even though I KNOW this never works, I ate some candy to try and get some energy, which resulted in an almost immediate pain flare, which led to .25mg clonezapam, which has made me even more lethargic.

I know, how about I REST when I feel like crapola? angel3d

Go TEAM! clap ...limp...sniffle...sigh

Erica, where are your Yoga Laughter stats for today? Not even a sitcom, or reading a joke from one of the Silly Forums?

But I have you covered for the team swim stats for this week so far:

Sunday: 140 mini laps 48 mins
Mon: 60 munchkin laps 24 mins
Tues: no laps of any size, PT day + 2 pizza slices in city
Wed: 150 micro laps 52 mins
Wed Nite: Ouch X100

awesome! glad i found this !!! okay..so i dont swim. lungs are a mess from intersitial disease, blah blah blah. but i've been exercising when i can. helps rid all the built up stress and pains. i figure i'll shove the AS pain out as much as i can each day...of course i'm beyound exhausted by the afternoon but it gives me a big sense of accomplishment!
