If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I like it. Look forward to my Friday night martini all week long. Fixes me right up. Love to socialize over good beer, too. I haven't noticed any correlation between booze and my AS pain, but am curious. Any observations? Is beer "starchy?" Thanks.
And cheers.....
long days, pleasant nights.

I allow myself a few beers a couple nights a week, choosing the out of control pain days, and helps me relax a bit and keeps me from reaching for those extra pain pills. I can get a little more cheery for a few hours.

It sure is, Spin. Because I've gone gluten free, I can't drink beer (although sometimes I do, I usually go with cider). Grain alcohol, such as whiskies, vodka and such, are also starchy. As a low starcher, you're safer with wine and cider than anything else.
Cheers,
Kat

Hi all Sunny- you suggested I might be iron deficient re those unexplained bruises on my lower back Soooooo last night at the footy club I had 2 pints of STOUT (aka Guinness) Which I can now classify as PURELY MEDICINAL as It contains lots of IRON . Though, as Im a girly girl I couldnt drink it straight and had some evil lemonade in it( We call it a portagaff in Aussie talk) My Granny - who lived to be 101,had a glass every day I feel fine this AM and felt even better last night! CHEERS TO YOU ALL!

As a low starcher, you're safer with wine and cider than anything else. I like to hear this! I work for a winery. Yet another benefit.
