hola sporting folks!
bug is super sore. but i made it to class yesterday...
KRAV CB: 60 min.
it was real neat. we used little medicine balls and partnered up. then we had to hand the ball left to persons right, then roll under and over...works out the abs..and also helps strengthen the back. kids had alot of activities and doc appointments so i didnt get to go to school for a walk.
my chicken wings have recovered and i learned how to do ONE hand clap pushup. yes...ONE. but its a start eh? cheerleader chicken wings will be letting me know if thats gonna happen again! laugh2

weather is cooler again..wahooozie! going to cycling tomorrow morning if i get enough sleep tonight.
goooooo team!! cheerleader

I walked up six flights of stairs today; does that count? LOL. It's a very slow day so for me, that is an accomplishment! The elevator in our building was broken:(

My rheumy says I need to exercise my upper back and neck. I spoke with her about the baseline stiffness that never seems to go away in those areas. I see the Daily Exercises on this site. Let me know if you have any other ideas for developing more flexibility in the upper back and neck.
