If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hola friends! Bug is awake! Friday stats: Krav Cycling: 60 minutes---There's no way to gauge the miles...I have no idea how to calculate? Ack...maniacs! But i'm hobbling and alive. I went to bed at 9 pm last night! Caught up on a lot of sleep thank God! My knee hurts like heck now so I may stick to the KRAV CB class and walks for now--but it did kick start my weekend and the instructor is very funny and upbeat...really good music too!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Team!!

Hi Lath,
I find that swimming is great exercise for the upper and lower back as well as the neck. Swimming is great because it's a non impact sport meaning there is no pressure added while you stretch!

I went to the gym for 15 minutes today (usually 1/2 hour but I slept in) and a walk for 30 minutes.
I go to the gym at 7:30 a.m. each morning if anyone wants to join exercising at that time through cyberspace!

Sue,
I was wondering what the heck is "band exercises"? I looked it up...think rubber band.

kinda. you do them with "therabands": http://www.thera-band.com/store/index.php?CategoryID=11PT can teach and then you can do them. here's a good one for the rhomboids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeVAWDi0mqghere's good ones for rotator cuff: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGmS-J-W0Qwwall pushups good too (no bands): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPgm4AwEx1k&feature=relatedbut really, PT best place to start to get the right exercises, IMHO.

I love theraband exercises, when I'm being monitored by a PT. I'm too clumsy to use them unsupervised, and no I am not joking.
