Hmmm I thought as much, Sue ohwell

I was not convinced one way or the other with the demo.
No-one was there to sell things as such though, it was more of a selling your sport kind of thing. The demo was done by a mountain biking cycling team and they swear by the bands to help with balance.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Sue. Perhaps they will end up being more of a fashion accessory than a sporting aid!

Yes I do ride a bike and I enjoy it. I have a mountain bike...I call it the "tank". It has big tires, a comfortable seat, and I sit upright. But, I miss my road bike. It's a "biker" thing. wink

i think i know what you mean. my husband changed his "road bike" to upright, but i didn't. though its a lot of stress to my wrists and elbows, to ride my tenspeed, i'm afraid upright would not be as good for my upper back. and i did rent an upright bike to see how it felt and i didn't care for it, i like my tenspeed better. i cushioned the seat, cushioned the handlebars, that makes it better, but still looking for better cushioning.
