If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

You too! Ahh..u are my kickAS sista!! I enjoy jumping jacks...it's the only thing that seems to keep me focused and steady...even though my legs look like crazy chicken legs when I'm doing them but I stay steady. Art (instructor) is insane about them....4 left jabs....4 jumping jacks, switch 4 right jabs, 4 jumpings jacks in sets of 10, then down to 3's, 2's then 1. ack! That is too funny about the spanish!! I know when I had my first colonoscpy 9 yrs ago...and I sit up after the procedure and ask my hubby where is the Doc? Hubby says you already spoke to her hunny. I said "what? when? I havent spoken to anyone!" He said "honey, um...she showed you the images, and she explained everything and you were in good spirits!" roflmbo! I went for a scope around january I think and i did it again. I see my doc a second time and she tells me ...keep up with the krav! you're doing good! just be careful! i thought what the hay!??? lol i did it again!!

I have a sore knee today so I decided not to go running. I don't know why it is sore, it is inflamed. Instead I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. Then spent 10 minutes lifting weights. I am lucky there is a Gold's gym just across the street from where I work. When I am running in the morning I will go over there for what I call my 10 minute work out to lift some weights.

p.s. My sister came out of surgery recovery today speaking Spanish ~~~ teehee, her husband of the last 15 years didn't even know she knew how. He said, "oh no, she's not talking right, maybe she had a stroke" and I started laughing and told him what she said ~~~ I keep taking spanish lessons. Two of my three kids speak spanish. I would call my spanish random now. When I hear some one speaking spanish I get words here and there, but not the whole thing. Hope your sister is doing well.

I keep taking spanish lessons. Two of my three kids speak spanish. Don't give up! I should mention that I only understand Spanish, I don't speak it. For some reason the elders in the family never talked to me in Danish or Spanish. My older sisters are fluent and my kids are multilingual. I'm learning Norwegian now, and I've passed the first three tests, but it's hard! Gå VENNER!
