If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Recovering from yet another colonoscopy this morning by planning to make up for it by eating double portions of everything tonight!! I don't know.... Sounds risky! Me? I made it through my first 1/2 day working in 5.5 years Back is sore but not broken. Then my hubby took me swimming for 45 minutes (1,000 yds). Life is good. Go TEAM!

thus far i've only walked outside or on a track, not a treadmill, but i'd be curious to know how anyone has fared on a treadmill and welcome here!

Hey, joined here to say ..ME TOO! Yay for starting walking again!!! I love to walk outside, but a treadmill is fine as well. I can't walk much anymore, because my feet do not cooperate. Glad you've jumped into the fray with us! Go TEAM!

Ran 6.01 miles, 58:41 minutes today. Checked the St George marathon site. I am in the marathon. Hope I can still run then.

Hey! This is something cool. After 1.5 years of swimming almost daily, for the past two days I can turn my head to the right and almost turn it to the left. Go figure. So, I'm really supposed to be studying for a final, but as always when I'm supposed to be studying for a final... here I am goofing off on the interweb. Today: swimming ~ 1,250 yds / 45 minutes
Go TEAM!

Wed Stats: Krav CB: 60 min Friday: Krav Cycling: 60 min Hola folks! Buggie is back. We are down to one car right now and I am plumb worn out! Especially when he goes in at 430 am and out anywhere from 4-7 pm at night. Then little man joined CYO basketball with his best friend! So I spent the morning sleeping in! Oh yes, and they were all congested. Had to take Gianna to pedi on Thursday. She had a sinus infection, ear infection, AND cellulitis in her left index finger! She's on antibiotics so she's slowly recouping! No school saturday so I slept in till 10! I felt soooo good! Back is achy from the cooler days and rain on and off. But I got some sleep and that was awesome! No class today--walking tomorrow hopefully if it doesnt rain! This place is so busy -Way to go everyone!! Go team!!!
