If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm sorry all for not posting for a long time. I had some success with humira but then got an infection which made me stop the humira and take antibiotics. The antibiotics gave me a reaction which caused hives(yay). After a month without humira the beast awoke....mad . First my foot and back, NSAIDS didn't do [*bleep*]. Then my Shoulder..... can't lift my arm, but this wasn't the worst. I found I could still kind of make it through everyday life sort of. Then the [*bleep*] decided to play in my left hand. A soar right shoulder sucked but when I couldn't use my left hand to even tie my shoes due to major pain and swelling that really got me down. I feel useless today. Sorry to vent. I usually try to stay positive for everyone around me. I feel like I had no one that could understand how crappy this disease really is. My hands were never a problem before. Thanks for listening kickas. The auto *bleep* is a pile of [*bleep*] ...... lol

Hope you can get back on Humira soon, and back to having very little pain.
Hugs from another Canadian Gerri

This place is FOR venting, so don't feel sorry at all. Its awful when you have setbacks like that. Are you getting any relief from ice/heat? I know icing things like that usually gives me just a little bit more movement - at least enough to start trying to stretch that bit more.

Cool Thanks. It really helped to get my frustration out. My pinky finger has swollen to the size of my thumb near my knuckle. I did try some ice today a few times. Thanks for the input. It is probably the only thing that helps a bit. I'll try the ice heat combo next.

I never complained so much before. I'm just really upset about my hand. It stopped me from doing my work.... and hobbies. No guitar playing. No working with wood, No cooking, No video games or whatever to help me cope when the rest (besides my hand) that was hurting. I know that there's others out there going through a lot worse and I'm sending out good thoughts to you all. AS has just been taking and taking. I keep fighting. I really had nowhere to let this out. I'm almost too positive for the people around me. I hate that they feel bad for me. I know others here won't feel bad for me but they'll understand. I want to be strong. I lost it today. I needed this. There are so many great souls here. I am so thankful for this place. I tried to share my pain here in the past but always felt embarrassed and never really let it out. Pain is just a speed bump in a road of boulders for all of us right?

Thats right. I hate to hear your hand is so bad. I have small bits of pain in my hand but nothing like that. I hope the flare ends for you soon

Thanks bud.
Can't sleep.
I know in the past that that i read about people that can't get in a comfort state. I really feel for them now. Brandon... I think that the people around you are taking good care of you man. The Humira really helped me. I'm confused though... we are all so different. I think that my immune system felt like it had a chance to kick my [*bleep*] and it did.

Haha.Mine decided to do that. I then promptly told my immune system to sit down and shut its mouth. It then proceeded to kick my [*bleep*]!
