Todays run: 4.23 miles 42 minutes 43 seconds. My right leg cramped up on me a couple of times. That is the leg that the MS seems to effect the most. Nice weather today.

Hello team! MONDAY stats: Krav Womens Self defense I: 60 min Been feeling really beat down the last few days. Si joints are acting up. AND hip. Havent had the si joints act up in awhile--toss in a stiff neck and I'm in alotta pain. Luckily tonights class was ALOT of stretching. Really seemed to help. Pain is still there but the stretches were quite helpful. Goooo team!

...need to learn some more self discipline. definitely more comfortable working from home, but not quite as productive. but learning tricks to stay focussed. Funny... My situation is totally the opposite. I am so much more productive at home. I don't have as many "drive-bys" my desk...like none. I get emails and phone calls, but that's about it. I work focused all morning. Then grab lunch a little early and eat while working. Then at noon go for a 25 mile bike ride as long as it takes. Then back to work. My work day ends up being at least 10-12 hours and I end up loving it. I turn on the TV for a little background (I'm a news junky)...I focus on something interesting and then turn it off when it starts to repeat or I really need to focus on what I'm doing. I wonder if I could do this everyday...not sure.

Thanks Lath I love this place. Up's and down's--we help each other shake off the AS monster on our backs! Gianna said I've been hogging up all the hot water the last couple of days! I could only respond with a proud "Oink!" Helped ma' bones ! Go team!!

Oh yes: feet hurt and scrunched out my left knee - did emit sound of pain in newspaper shop!
Good job getting out in it! But, sheesh! Be careful. Go TEAM!
