thanks girls! smile

next time i'm at loris natural foods, i'll pick some up!

great place to shop, and not just cause they got the funnest jingle ever:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LotgQx4RiM0

sorry they don't have a youtube of the tv commercial where they're dressed up as fruits and veggies skipping down the store aisles. yes, i entertain rather easily!

shea butter warms up like that too, rather solid til it warms up in my hands.
coconut oil for my hair, that sounds like an excellent idea! though i have found some pretty good stuff: jason brand, alba brand, loccitane, burt's bees, all good stuff; my hair, even the ends aren't dried out. i also use nondetergent shampoos only. and never blow dry my hair.

Love it Orch! Will there be another ski event like last year, when Deanpaul posted that great video with the three of you, including Snowshoe?

just watched it again..

(and i might even manage to post on YouTube one of the world cup ski films I edited way back in the 1980's!!)

hope i'm battling being sick, that would mean the body aches, etc won't last very long. i did sleep for 12 hours, that's usually a clue that my body is fighting off something. a muscle in my back is spasming in that way that fatigued muscles do, other areas, can't figure out if its skin or soft tissue below, just hurts. took a walk, hoping that would snap my back out of it, didn't work. did feel better in the tub, hot water stopped the spasm, unfortunately, only temporarily. maybe it was (mostly) standing at a gathering of neighbors for new year's day that did it in? then sleeping that long probably didn't help, as in bed that long makes things hurt that never did when i went to bed. if its not one thing, its another, no wonder people here talk about the gremlin that roams around the body stirring up trouble. oh well, had about 2 days of feeling pretty good after the chiro did some work to the supraspinatus. maybe he'll know what to do for this back muscle?

today: walked: with hubby: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes

As odd as this sounds, I hope you're sick, too! The alternative being a flare up and nobody wishes those on anyone. hugss
