If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi TEAM! So far I love this year. This morning I walked 1.5 miles in 45 minutes with my husband and BFF. Blue skies, cruise ships on the Strait, Mt. Baker huge and white... life is good. Then this afternoon I swam 1,250 yds in 50 minutes. I am determined to slowly work up to a mile. One lap at a time. Yesterday was a bit scary, because (a) my clients forgot the password to their computer exactly 10 days after I set it up for them, and (b) HP tech line helped me hack it in about 12 minutes. Shouldn't a Vista admin password be more difficult to bypass? I repeat, as my machines break, I am going to gradually replace them with Macs. So.... how's everyone's 2011 so far? Go TEAM!!!

thanks erica will say one thing: the heating pad is my best friend some days, it really takes care of moderate muscle spasms......til you get up that is......still, while in the recliner on the heating pad, life was good.

Love it Orch! Will there be another ski event like last year, when Deanpaul posted that great video with the three of you, including Snowshoe? just watched it again..(and i might even manage to post on YouTube one of the world cup ski films I edited way back in the 1980's!!) I have posted the AS ski party in the party forum. I have not set a date yet except it is in February. I hope Deanpaul is coming he is the photo man.

Today we served 86 families at the foodbank. We were bummed, because our biggest walk in freezer crapped out, making us give out all the turkeys that were being stocked for Easter baskets. But then it got fun, because we had several people drive up and donate truckloads of canned and boxed food! AFTER THE HOLIDAYS no less! I love the spirit that makes people give to their community members. It just makes me smile all day long! Anyway, I walked constantly for 3 hours today, stocking shelves and packing boxes, and didn't sit down once. Go TEAM!

sounds like a good day! i on the other hand sat with heating pad on my back and hot water bag on my front ribs and sent out letters of recommendations for the students. gave up even trying to take a walk, even canceled chiro. tomorrow i have to go in to teach, not sure how i'm gonna manage that. and wednesday, teaching a lab for 4 hours straight, these ribs better settle down soon or i'm in deep trouble. that's the part of teaching that sucks, have no choice but to go in no matter how sick i am. i mean of course if i can't, but if i can no matter how i'm feeling, i must, no one to cover, and especially lab courses, once a week, no time to make up missed days.

Poor girl. I'm sending healing calming thoughts your way. I could never teach because of my random blurting problem. My hat is off to all of you circumspect and tactful people. Go TEAM!

Thanks Molly I really love that volunteer job. We are 100% community funded and staffed, and I am always amazed at the level of good will and kindness that people show to one another. If all I did was watch the news I'd think the world is going to *BLEEP* in a hand basket. It's a beautiful thing that food bank.

Speak kindly, Live simply, Care deeply, Love generously, and BLAH, HA, HA, LOUDLY! every chance you get.
