Good work Kev.Its a hard thing to do,but if you got 5 days under your beld,just get up everymorning and say to yourself.........im not smoking to day.Its all about one day at a time.

good going kev 5 days is an achievement in its self,i wish i had the same will power.did u use any giving up aids to help or was it pure will power?...keep it going and let us know when u feel a benefit from quitting its maid me think twice about giving up my missis nags me constantly but i know i have to quit for my self and not just to stop the nagging.Well it can only do you good nice one and a big pat on the back

i hear where your coming from its hard to think of quitting when life is throwing at u lots of stress, i keep saying as soon as my AS is under control ill have a better chance of quitting but at the mo the stress makes me smoke more

Hi mig, Yes I am pleased with my progress so far its not easy after 42years of smoking but the benefits are starting to show already. Now as for scoob well it comes from he's years at the dog tracks always had a Brandy and Cigar after winning. Kevin
