If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey, I think I forgot to log my time for yesterday... but I admit to being addled. Praying for Japan today. Ugh, so much sadness is just beginning for the people there. So, yesterday I swam 1,000 yds in 40 minutes, and today I also swam 1,250 yds. Don't know the time. Peace to all of my awesome teammates. Ya'll are doing more than you know to keep me afloat & I appreciate it greatly. Go TEAM!

Weather is up and down like a yoyo at the moment - one minute very hot, next minute pouring down with rain, next minute howling gales? Anyway, been doing some walking even if we could barely see for our hair blowing into our eyes Tuesday 8 March Walk around town for Mardi Gras Carnival 30 minutes / 0.75 mile (approx.) Thursday 10 March Walk 20 minutes / 0.5 milesToday (Saturday 12 March) Walk 20 minutes / 0.5 miles

Today I swam 1,250 yds in 40 minutes. I seem to be able to swim faster in a slightly cooler pool. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Go TEAM!

walked, 1 mile, 25 minutes
nice weather for walking, low 40s and calm, finally not raining, just a little mist.
while the muscle spasms are mostly gone, SI joint still pretty sore, and walking made it sorer, but had to get back out there for the rest of my body.....ultrasound, a shower, then ice.....guess these things just take time.....at least i could go for a walk, even if it did set me back some.

I had plans to either run 9 miles this morning, or go skiing. I took my son to the doctor last night because he has had a stomach ache for a couple of days. He spent the night in the hospital, and they took his appendix out this morning. He is doing OK now, but sore. I didn't make it running, or skiing.
