If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

today: walked 1 mile, 25 min, with hubby
very hard to move right leg, like it was stick in glue or something, leg really hurting after. from now on, i'll take a shower soon as i get up, even if i have to take one after a walk. think its cause i got more sleep last night so pelvic area very stiff today. but gotta move, right!

Hi everyone! Fell asleep early last night before I had a chance to post my stats! Wed: KM CB: 60 min Thur: KM 1: 60 min I didnt get to test like I had hoped. It's approximately 4 hours and I didnt have a partner set up yet. Art really thought I was ready. Bless his little heart---Lord knows I've practiced on him plenty! But my back was on fire even more so than usual and I didnt think I'd be prepped this way. But they test again in 60 days so I'll be ready then! We have to have been doing KMI for in least 3 months. I think Im right under that mark. Weather is splendid! Art planted a new tree for us! A tangelo! It smells so heavenly!! i love it!! We lost all but one yucca we had. The yuccas are so painful if you touch them by accident but all my ladybug friends hung out there every spring to summer! Hundreds and hundreds of them! Not sure where they'll go this time. But we are busy trying to clean up the yard and make it look somewhat green again! Esperanzas are creeping back up and my pomegrante is budding! Kids are on spring break! Eek! They had a great weekend and I made them some homemade bacon cheeseburgers yesterday! Tonight, hoping to hit class. Goooo team!! Thanks Tink!! You are fantastic !!!

hi buggie! you have such a busy interesting active life; always enjoy hearing about it! the tangelo tree sounds great. at one point i interviewed for a job in southern california, if i had ended up there, was envisioning orange and lemon trees in my yard! can't grow citrus trees up here, but do have a peach tree that gets so heavy with peaches, afraid the branches will split, have to support them. cherries, pear, paw paws too. we have a few yuccas too, they've gotten very big in the few years we've had them. today: walked about a mile in about 45 minutes. with hubby, both of us photographing the sunset......yeh, i know, i owe you all photos from my walks, one of these days

I am in total awe (or maybe jealous ) of all you busy people! Walks with my hubby are just a fond memory for me. I miss my orange, lemon, avacado and guava trees too! The trade off living here is having snow in the winter (instead of wearing shorts at Christmas time). But believe it or not, we eat more avocados now because they are cheaper here than in So Calif! Yummmm! Today I spent an hour in the pool. I didn't do much, in too much pain, but I made it to class! Quite an accomplishment considering I barely made it out of bed yesterday. I'm so happy I can post from bed on my phone! I get to spend more time with all of you! Hugs to all of you!

Hi Team Am very motivated today! This morning after the school run I walked round the block with my 2 year old! Walk 30 minutes / 0.5 miles
Then, I did the NASS stretching exercises and some other bits for 30 minutes. I was quite shocked at how hard I found the exercises and how unflexible I am. I got out of breath in about 1 minute of warm up marching and am now pretty achy in my neck, back, buttocks and wrists. I am seriously out of shape since I gave up my exercise class. I need to do this stretching every day like Lath does. I promise I will try anyway
KickAS and help others do the same!
