If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

erica, i've found that ice cream cures just about everything feel better soon steve, slow or not, just the fact that you are running is awesome! john, i loved yosemite the one time i visited. i swore that if i didn't have a husband waiting back home for me, i'd have quit my job and found a job in yosemite valley, even if it was just working as a cashier in one of the gift shops. it was so beautiful, could just imagine waking each morning, and walking out my door to all that beauty! me: walked with hubby down the street. 1 mile, 35 minutes. it was finally warm (almost 70 degrees) after snowing on thursday and being in the 30s! saw 3 vultures sitting in a tree at the golf course. all the flowers: daffodils, hyacinths, scilla, grape hyacinths, starting to bloom. forsythia too. mostly cloudy, but so warm that it made it a nice spring day.

I swam 1,250 yards today in 40 minutes. We're going to WA to get our things. Moving to CO for good. Leaving to house to the care of a good realtor. Should be back on around May 10th. If I don't post my swimming, I'll still keep track. Go TEAM!

john, thanks for the yosemite photos. not sure i shared this, but when i was there, rented a bike so i could cover more ground more quickly. remember riding the bike, staring up at the mountains and waterfalls, almost running people off the trails on the valley floor, LOL! it is gorgeous! how far away do you live? is it just a day trip or do you have to spend the night. in any case, so great you can go there as often as you do!
erica, good luck with the move, will be thinking of you while you are busy packing up!
i need to get out and walk, but the snow from last week, replaced by rain....ah, spring in upstate NY! but tomorrow is supposed to be 70, so if i can get out between thunderstorms, will do so!

Sue, I live in Merced, CA which is about 80 miles from Yosemite Valley. It takes a couple of hours drive if we go the main road and pay the entry fee. We also go camping just outside the park on 4x4 roads. From this spot we go into the park on a dirt road that enters at Wawona by the golf course. This road is called Chowchilla Mountain road. This is one of the original stage routes into Yosemite. The best part is that it is free, but not recommended for low clearance vehicles!

Two miles a day for the last two weeks. I am with the dog so there are times when I am standing, watching her run in the park.
my burns keep me from stretching too much but I am almost where i was before T Burn.
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.
