Yesterday I swam 1,000 yds while sobbing ~ again. Sheesh, I always feel better after though. And last night I noodled around with the little ones for about an hour. Woot! (as my daughter used to say)

Today ~ 40 minutes of noodling.

hugss A hug for you Erica.

Hey, I didn't know that noodling counted! Right. Last weekend I noodled around for 20 mins. The river was too cold to stay in longer! brrr

Does walking your cat count? smile I walked my cat on a tether for an hour last weekend, 2 days in a row (don't want him getting lost in the wilderness)... was the slowest walk imaginable. Walk five steps, sit to watch dragonfly for 5 mins, walk another 10 steps, get entranced with a piece of long grass, walk, dig in chipmunk hole, walk, stop, walk, stop... not exactly aerobic. lol
