Let's re-math-ulate:

28 x 2 = 56 ft

56 x 237 = 13272 ft

13272 ft = 2.51363 miles or 4.04529 km

(and I sure don't do that EVERY day, that was just my bestest day!)

Today:

101 laps

(10PM at night, in the dark, with just a floodlight on one side, so bumping into the dark side of the pool slowed me down a bit, lol)

Good grief - you really are doing a swimathon. I'm totally amazed. So long as you don't have your chainsaw in the pool with you.

Wed: Krav Bag: 60 min
Thur: Krav Bag: 60 min

Decided to go back to bag to recoup from all the testing prep earlier and to clear my mind. Been a sweaty tired bug but slept well. Gooooo team!!

Oh and I posted this on fb, but for those that arent on there...Buggy is going to be a grammma buggy! I was in shock and I'm okay now. God is good and I'll help my daughter as best I can. My Gianna is having a baby. I've been busy helping her out as her morning sickness is severe right now. She had to take 2 antibiotic pills the night before last and threw them right up. So we'll try one at a time today. ohwell

For now we pray for the best and take one day at a time. I worry tremendously because of her hips and JRA. But thankfully Art's new insurance will kick in the first week of next month! So my ob said I can transfer her over to him asap at that point. Which is who she wanted originally. That will put us more at ease as well! Arthur is in shock as we didnt expect this to happen till a few years down the road as she is young but we love her and will support her and help her much as we can!
Take care everyone! love buggie clap

I will return to miles until I run another race. We use miles here, but all races are in kilometers. I ran that same race 15 years ago in about 22 minutes. I try not to worry about being slow, it is good just to be able to do it. [/quote]

Touché.
I did 1000 metres in the pool today. I was sporting a very mild hangover.

laugh2 Yes I can see that it would be handy to have a referee, Dow. Sonar is a cutie!!

Right, but which clever talented pup gets credit for filming the video? Minnie???!
