If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today I am in Rexburg, Idaho ran 3.5 miles in 42 minutes. What I did was run as fast as I could for a half mile them walk a quarter mile ( some times a little more). Then run another half mile as fast as I could.

Walked my usual 2.5 miles in 40 minutes today. Can tell it's the weekend - that's my standard routine at the moment. It wasn't a fun walk - drizzling the whole time but I was pleased with myself for doing it anyway.

Yesterday and today I've just noodled in the pool. It's taken until today for that stupid migraine to start going away. Tomorrow I want to get up early and swim my laps before church. Wish me luck! I'll keep you posted.

What's up in Idaho? I have never ha a migraine, keeping my fingers crossed that I won't. We are visiting ny wife's cousin, and picking up some furniture that my daughter left when she was at school here. It is a very nice place in the summer, but the winters here ouch. It is about n hour from yellowstone.
