If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Saturday I ran a 5k, it took about 29 minutes I didn't get the official time. Today I ran 6.31 miles in 1 hour and 2 minutes. I am getting worried that I am not getting enough miles in to be ready for the marathon, but life is busy.

hi erika, what a lovely way to celebrate your daughter's birthday and thanks from me to you as well, there are days i might not walk if not for this post, it keeps me going when i don't feel like it. yesterday at dusk, walked 1 mile in 30 minutes. had a migraine all day which made my whole body extra sensitive, so really didn't feel like walking, but knew it would help a bit, and it did. so thanks for the motivation. did a bunch of stretching and "massaging" with the lacrosse ball too. no idea how long, but a while, longer than usual. needed it.

Ok, I´m back from the hols which is bad news but we had a great time which makes up for it. I swam 3 times in the 1st week and climbed a mountain in the 2nd. Well I walked up a steep hill if the truth be told but the former has a nicer air to it. This evening I got on the exercise bike for 40km in 1hour and 1 minute. Back to the grind stone. Having said that, nice to talk to you all

To make up for not walking yesterday, walked 3.1 miles today in 1 hour, 10 mins. A bit slower than my normal speed because I had my six year old granddaughter with me for part of it. Then she and her parents went off for a bike ride and I walked the rest of the way home on my own.

Hi TEAM! Today I swam 1,100 yds in 40 minutes. I hadn't been able to get to the pool since last Friday, so it really felt GOOD! Go TEAM!

Today I got up at 5:00 am to make my long run. I will not be able to run on Saturday. I ran 15 miles 2 hours and 40 minutes. The last 2 miles were very slow. I almost took a short cut home, that would have cut a mile off. In the end I toughed it out and made my goal of 15 miles.
