Walked another 2.5 miles in 40 minutes but I've got a sore right hip and left knee right now which is annoying.

Last report about a month, of 45 minute walks = 2 miles, every day.
8 days I was swimming with my grandkids in a motel pool for 3 hours a day, usually split in morning and afternoon.
My back is getting so tight that by the time I am done walking my stomach is sticking way out and my back is as hard as iron. In about 15 minutes, I loosen up enough to reach my shoes and can shower...
hard to imagine 50 years of this crap..
I did enjoy my grandkids.

Tired lately. Maybe the heat? I dunno... Yesterday I swam 600 yds in 22 minutes, and today I noodled in the deep end for 45 minutes. Good job everyone!  I watched in admiration all weekend.

yup, me and hard man made surfaces are a no-go! in some ways winter walking is better because the flat boots have more cushioning. then i can walk along the side of the road - pretty much have to or would get lost in a snowdrift  I like snow. The kind in a spray can! something tells me I'm not going to be thrilled to be in a Colorado winter at year's end.

Saturday ran about 7 miles in a little over an hour ( didnt have the GPS with me).  I can no longer even imagine such a thing. Good job!
