Walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes. Very hot out - sweating buckets.

Good job exercising even in the heat! clap

It was 97F here today - but I noodled for an hour in the am with a herd of family kids, and this afternoon for about 10 minutes. We knocked so much water out of the pool this morning that the condo manager had to add - so this afternoon the water was 5 degrees cooler. Oops. blush

The idea of noodling in a pool in this heat sounds awesome.

Walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes. Went early today to avoid the heat. Much better.

It is very hot and humid here also. On my run Saturday I refilled my two water bottles twice. I was downing the water and sweating it back out.

Good job on your workout, keep moving.
