If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Good job everyone! I love all this walking, running, KM-ing, swimming, Lon-ing. Did I miss anything? If I did, know that I'm impressed with everyone! Today I swam 1,000 yds in 24 minutes. Yesterday noodled with the little kids for an 70 minutes. Day before swam 800 yds in about 35 minutes. Go TEAM!

took the family to http://www.bodiestheexhibition.com/idahofalls/for family night last night. favorite quote from my hubby, "uh oh, they're anatomically correct." tee hee hee. Walked 60 minutes. No exercise class for me yet, me and the neighbors dog had a run in on Saturday and I now have a terrible pinched nerve in my neck. stooopid dog. lol. And (not dog related) my knee is beyond swollen. How big can a knee get without rupturing like a watermelon. so gross. i should post a picture, but you guys might have nightmares! eek.

Donette, we visited with older grandkids, a place where they have shaved a dried body into 1/4 inch slices. it was gross, but also wonderful. I think I ill leave my body to science, so that the folk can get a good laugh.
I am still walking 35 minutes with Lin and, doing yard work around the house and the church. we got a big rain - put out some fires.

when i was in high school, got to do some medical shadowing through girl scouts....had my photo taken with a cadaver......thought that was so cool........ fast forward to my adult life.....not sure when the transition happened, but now cadaver's creep me out........for awhile we had a morgue under my lab in the basement for our anatomy and physiology class.....just passing the door that led down to the room made me think......that exhibit came to our local science museum, but i couldn't go.......i think now i think too much, about what happens to us when we pass on........... but hope you all enjoyed it......can see where it could be a good education for the kids

60 minutes walking in Walmart last night 90 minutes mowing my lawn today
Sue, I was apprehensive about the exhibit too, but there is no smell, and the bodies have open (probably glass) eyes, which you would think would make it worse, but it didn't. Maybe its the "no skin" thing, it really didn't creep me out. It was kind of a reverent/respectful atmosphere.
I am fascinated with anatomy now though. I looked up wrist anatomy yesterday and can tell exactly what I am feeling in there now, "why" it is painful. The circulatory exhibit what the coolest. All the veins in the body, in the shape of the body with nothing else. So cool. There are so many veins. Wow. And I was definitely checking out the sciatic nerve.
I want to go back alone and take my time and read all the posters next to each item.
Lon, I totally understand what you mean, gross and wonderful at the same time. I have a whole new respect for the work our Creator went through building us.

Today I swam 1,000 yds in 24 minutes. I was in a hurry to get out of the pool before the lightning started! Good job everyone! And Lon & Donette - as wonderful as the Bodies Exhibit sounds... I'm going to pass. Just the idea makes me feel sick to my stomach. Definitely NOT a science person. Go TEAM!
