thanks brother lon. she's been this way. i asked her why she didnt let me know? she replied that she didnt have to because i dont speak to her. i was floored. my mother used to tell me if you cant say anything nice, then dont say anything at all. God will see us through. i told my dad how much i love him and he was happy to see me. i love that man so much.

good job brother lon! i've found that when i get done with the exercise...i hurt..but a different kind of hurt. like i get rid of stress and stretch out. but not the crazy as pain. hubby says its the best outlet for me to cope with the as monkey on my back!
take care my wonderful friend... bug

P.S I did a walk on Friday last week about 15km on a route called ´Path of the Volcanos´ on the island of La Palma in the Canaries. Quite spectacular. Sorry I am not the best with photos.

sounds very lovely though rainbow

I think my legs were saying I took you 26.2 miles mow I am done.

That is my endurance story. I have some pictures I will post a link when I get them uploaded.

Trying to keep focused on bag to relieve stress. My dad has been battling a nasty cellulitis infection. Sadly, my stepmother failed to notify me. Never mind the countless blocked calls when I attempt to call my Dad or drop by. I fell apart this weekend when I found out they were amputating his left leg up to his thigh. no I did get to visit with him. Its heartbreaking to see such a kind, spirited loving man in so much pain. He's always been so active. I pray he recovers well. hug

Go team go... heart

prayers and good wishes for you and your dad heart

yesterday, walked 1 mile, 30 minutes

today, walked 1.5 miles, 45 minutes with hubby

yeh, i was a slow poke last two days, very achy and all, but hey, long as we keep going. and the changing colors of the leaves, hardly notice how slow i'm going.

right now, virginia creeper is turning lovely shades of red. as pretty as poison ivy, but not poisonous smile
