I have actually thrown out my neck from sneezing so hard. Me...blowdryer  ... And if I sneeze or cough, that person runs the knife all the way through my ribs. No Way! I thought that I was the only person in the world that had (often and severely) injured themself just by sneezing! People tease me all the time because I will brace myself like an earthquake victim,if I feel a sneeze brewing!  No joke-when I read this, I let out one of those "throw your head back/laugh out loud" and scare everybody in the room laughs. Now they're all looking at me crazy and want to know what could possibly be that funny, But I told them it was an "AS" thing...they wouldn't understand. hee hee Not only do you throw your neck out but then you have to blow your nose. That hurts too!!! By this time I have no dignity left.

I'm very used to the large-hoofed-animal-kicking-me-in-the-butt feeling and just recently got to know the anaconda-squeezing-my-innards! The steel-rod-in-the-back is the one i have the hardest finding words for! I'm so thankful all of you understand.. We definitely understand.

It's like having sun burn and having to ware a shirt made out of sand paper.Like hot water running down your back and legs. Tommy OUCH!  You get pain on the OUTSIDE? Yikes. I'm sorry.  I wonder how many other of us get that?

I just hate it when my SI area is so sore and inflamed that it affects the sensation to my nether regions with the result that I can't control wind. The little "pop, pop, pop" as you walk is rather embarrassing. LOL.  I was at our regular monthly Heartbeatworkshop/meeting last night and had to stand in the back of the room because my body was not behaving well. And at some point, the room got really quite and I thought - well, now would be the time for me to stand VERY STILL, otherwise... well, you know.

I have a few.
I-have-sore-spots-on-places-there-seems-to-be-no-muscles
(that actually hurt at light touch). Especially interesting when it's on the top of my head and it genuinenly feels like my hair hurts. I have no clue what the exlanation is, but we are well beyond the domain of tension headache, I can tell you that. (those have been a friend for years and years when stressed.)
Oh and I love the feeling of:

razor blades under my toes in my shoes today.. had to walk with toes curled up and not putting weight on them. very funy. it wasnt for long but oW!
