Now that you're famous you can demand such things as an all-expense-paid, round-the- world, book signing tour from your publisher. After all, it would sell more books and you would get to hang out in book stores, sipping coffee, and chatting with lines of buyers. If you show up on that stretcher (trolley in English), it would be sure to bring curious readers and you could sign books while resting comfortably. Bring in an xray screen to show your before/after surgery shots...the crowds will gather.

The trolley concept was your idea too... and my idea was to get someone other than me to do the actual illustration! Wish it was mine though - it is brilliantly lighthearted! Sending you on a downhill ride was my idea though. Whooosh grin2 lol

Yep, I am just teasing you!

Has it become a transgression for an ASKicker to write a book. Or was your comma explosion the transgression. As I recall Algernon (or was it Charly) had the same issue. Did Mig help him too?

In any event glad you are Going Straight. I clealry shall have to read it...hopefully not a transgression.

On the book tour I hope you are amply petulant and refuse to sign lots and lots of books unless they set you up like a rock star at each venue and you make outrageous damands such as they only feed you blueberries stranded like Christmas lights on magneta silk thread and that all store employees meditate fully for one hour befroe you arrive and only wear red ruby slippers while you are present so as not to misalign your chi.

I have already started to brag that I know another published author ( even though we have never meet in person). I am going to look for the book.
