Beloved,
I could not believe what I was hearing;
this skinny man who looks like he just left his momy's side, had the audacity to say that I need to walk, stretch and work out more, or else my mass, could lose it's purpose.
Can you believe it? the skinny runt even looked me right in the eye, mostly the right eye, I kept blinking with the left to try and get him to smile.
I woke up 64 times due to leg and back pain, amazing how this is news to doctors, we could have saved the money and told them.
Then this little well meaning twirp who is getting $200 an hour told me that I had an enlarged neck, sinus and gland swelling and it was affecting my health. lose weight..exercise. I told him I had lost 20 lbs, he frowned, and then, I said I found it again.. not funny.... More x-rays, more blood work, another doctor. I told Lin:
I don't think I am worth this much effort" She said;"your telling me!!"
I have gone several weeks without anything between meals, for me that is a big change. This skinny man pushed 6-8 sore spots and asked if that hurt. As I wiped the tears from my eyes, I tried to say yes, it came out as yelsee.
Lin is still with me. Surprising isn't it???
I know you all are committed people. thanks for the support and most of all, never, I say never give up. Keep asking questions, keep reading and ask for help forma friend.
Most of all express love even if it is tough and necessary.

We love you Ron exactly how you are and who you are. Sad that the world look's at the book but doesn't read it. I just lost 20 lbs and when people start in with how great I look, I put my hand up and just say "don't go there". They have no idea what this disease, med's and fatigue does to a person. None! I was never overweight but now that I lost this weight I want my old weight back. I have no appetite with the MTX! Zero! It sure has no affect on my husband either. Caught him checking out another women today!
It never end's! Thank you God for giving us caring friends on here. You Ron are one of them.

less judgement!  more cheerleading!  lin is a keeper!  her comments sound like my husband's; he often says i'm an "expensive date". but they stick by us in spite of that; we are definitely blessed.

I think we agree; we are not claiming perfection; but after confronting our demons, we do our best, let God do the rest and look for love where we can find it with healthy human beings. Your hubby is human, remind him with tough love, that you are the one, he best stay home and grow with you!

Often when we are watching a TV show, after the hero does something special, I will tell het: "Lin I think I want to be a"cop, fireman, cowboy, race car driver, "Hwat ever the hero is doing. She just pats my hand, and says, stay wiht me Lonnie"

Must be a line that has been programed into their brains during Medical School. I heard the same speach when I saw my GP and Rumey last time. I broke out my walking stick and pass by the GP house when I walk my mile each morning, if there is no ice or snow on the ground. suffer most afternoons from having done so. Have a great day.
