Cheers All,

Will the NSD work for HLA B27-. My Rx said that new research suggested that AS = HLAB27+ correlation as low as 50-60%.

I was wondering if any HLA B27 - kickers had success with the NSD/LSD?

I have PsA pretty bad but I'm going to try it anyway.

Hi R;

Me: definitely HLA B27 -ve - been done x2 by the most reliable method by a very reliable tester (the husband)

Diet: Been on it (and slipped off it a few times - don't tell anyone!) for nearly 3 years - not a MIRACULOUS CURE but maybe relieved 70% of my symptoms. I have loads of spinal damage, joint degeneration after finding the diet 30 years too late!!! :facepalm:

I also swear by liquid fish oil - stopping it makes me ache(low grade) all over the place. Most of my residual pain is most likely due to a combination of mechanical pain from joint damage and my sloppiness with the diet the last year or so.

Try eliminating simple sugars, starches, and carbohydrates. No need to eliminate the good ones
