Wednesday 21th:

3,3km at 19:27. This was my round #100 in this race since 2009. After the run I celebrated it with a swim and a bottle of sparkling white wine smile

Hi Team! grin

Another 100F day here in Western Colorado. crazy

Yesterday I treaded (trod?) water for 40 minutes with my hubby.

Today I swam 1,000 yds, and then noodled in the pool for 40 minutes tonight.

Go TEAM!!! clap

I don't know Erica I think once it hits around 90 I'm pretty much toast either way lol
I do know that say when we go to my husbands family in Texas or New Mexico and say its 95 degrees with no humidity I'm ok but if we are in Oklahoma and say its 80 but 70% humidity I can not take it lol I'm kind if a cream puff either way lol

It is a hot one today. I set out to run at 6:00 am, the temperature was in the lower 70's. I ran 3.7 miles in 35:11 minutes. While running back home I saw a lady running the other way with a jacket around her waist. I though why would you ever bring a jacket?

@Angelmom we wish we had more humidity here, then we would not have the big fire problem we are having. They did get the fire near me contained now.

I have a friend in Wyoming, and the fire that was 130 miles away from her family's cabin is now 20 miles away... no

Good job on your run today! clap
